ReplyDeleteWe visited near fall time, to see the leaves change... and yes, I left HEAL/SKIDMARKS behind, because they had to literally drag me out of there... I soooo wanted to stay FOREVER!!!
Both my folks died "early", and this brought back sooooo many WONDERFUL MEMORIES of that TERIFIC TRIP!!!

I do believe you're at Pemaquid Point! I spent a childhood summer there, and it's a very, very happy memory. I should mention that back in those days (the 1950s), antiquing in Maine meant going to barns that were almost full to the rafters with antiques!
