Besides being a shelter magazine addict, I also scour architectural websites when I have time.
If you live in Texas, you know how nice this pool would feel right now!

Love the house in the top photo! And the one with the pool- yum! We could use one today, as it's supposed to be 90 here!

My parents both grew up in Texas and I spent almost every summer with my grandparents. I can remember going to Girl Scout camp outside of Dallas when I was about 12....I never knew anyplace could get so hot!
ReplyDeleteLove the stone in these pictures!

What a gorgeous house - I'd love to see what it looks like inside! Lee :)
ReplyDeleteThat glass/iron so AMAZINGLY lit entryway makes me want to faint! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love these houses! I would have a hard time choosing a favorite. Our goal is to buy some property with a view and hopefully build for retirement. Because of the current economic situation we are interested in getting "the look" on a smaller, more economical, scale.
ReplyDeleteFor inspiration, we try to make the Hill Country Parade of Homes in the Kerrville area each year b/c they have such great houses to tour. Also, we like to attend similar events in Austin and San Antonio...love them!!
